Meet Dr. Stephen Carter
From confused young adult to clarity coach, a journey of discovering how faith actually works
At 19, I sat with my Bible open, desperately trying to figure out how ancient scripture could help me choose a major, navigate relationships, or find my purpose.
The sermons I heard on Sunday seemed disconnected from the decisions I faced on Monday. I knew God had a plan for my life, but I had no idea how to find it. Sound familiar?
That frustration launched a 30-year journey to bridge the gap between theological truth and practical life. Along the way, I discovered something revolutionary: Scripture wasn't meant to be a museum piece—it was designed to be a navigation system.
Through years of study (earning degrees in theology and a doctorate in pastoral counseling), clinical training, and most importantly, sitting with thousands of people in real-life crisis, I learned how to translate biblical principles into practical guidance.
As a senior pastor, I watched young professionals struggle with career decisions, parents wrestle with raising kids, and everyone wonder if their life had meaning beyond paying bills and scrolling social media.
That's when Faith for Life was born—not as another ministry offering religious information, but as a practical resource for people who need faith that actually works in real life.
A generation that knows how to use Scripture as their GPS for real life.
Imagine a world where young adults don't have to choose between faith and practicality. Where professionals can integrate biblical wisdom into boardroom decisions. Where families build on foundations that actually work.
That's the world Faith for Life is creating—one person, one decision, one transformed life at a time.
To transform biblical truth into practical navigation for everyday decisions.
We do this through:
Because too many people are living below their purpose, not for lack of faith, but for lack of practical direction.
This isn't about religion. It's about giving people the tools they need to build lives that matter.
You don't have to figure out life alone. Whether you're facing a major decision, feeling stuck, or simply want faith that works Monday through Saturday, we're here to help.
