Volunteer Opportunities
- Mission Service Opportunities – LCMS World Mission sends missionaries to the ends of the earth. They come from all walks of life. They are school teachers, office workers, doctors, and truck drivers. They are fresh out of college and newly retired; students and stay at home moms; pastors and people who work with their hands for a living. They serve for a week or two with a team and they spend years immersed in a culture. They touch lives with the Good News of God’s great love for all people. They share this in words, in actions, in the relationships they build.
God calls each of us to join Him in the work He is doing at home and all over the world. Is He calling you to step out in faith? Take a moment to look at the different possibilities of service. Browse through the opportunity database. Where is God leading you?
- Volunteer opportunities to assist with disaster relief and recovery are sometimes noted on the web site of LCMS World Relief and Human Care.
