This first-time event is sponsored by LCMS Children's Ministry and co-hosted by the North Wisconsin District and Trinity Lutheran Church, Wausau, Wis. Workshop details and registration information will be mailed to congregations and schools.
 

This National Children's Ministry Workshop will . . .

• Motivate for mission and ministry in the home, next door, across the street, around the corner.
• Provide opportunity to connect with early childhood educators, Directors of Children's Ministry, Directors of Christian Education, pastors and other church work professionals and volunteers.
• Expand imagination and thinking, providing useable tools and action steps.
• Provide a vision for possibilities.
• Encourage the weary and motivate the stuck.

Prayer Ministry

You will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you.  Jeremiah 29:12

Many times prayer seems to be an afterthought to an incident in our personal lives or an event in our ministries. The leaders of the 2010 National LCMS Children’s Ministry Workshop, INsideOUT have determined that prayer will be a foundation of the August 12-13 event. Once a month, beginning in May, a prayer outline will be shared with LCMS district and national leadership, the workshop planning team and presenters, the 2011 National Children’s Ministry Conference planning team, the Children’s Ministry and Family Ministry Action Teams, nearly 1,000 individuals throughout the country and YOU as well as other workshop participants upon registration.

Prayer partners are invited to adapt petitions for individual, family or ministry settings and are encouraged to add personal petitions.
